SENIOR Steel is B&D Doors local accredited dealer for the Goulburn Valley area. Expressions of interest are required for a multi skilled person who is looking for plenty of variety, to install and conduct service calls on garage doors.
The applicant must be able to work unsupervised, be enthusiastic, reliable, have good communication skills and have some welding experience. Training is also provided by B&D doors. A forklift & truck licence would be an advantage

MOBILE ENGINEERS / ON-SITE TRADESMAN

We always have inquiries from our customers who are purchasing steel & associated building products for persons who can do on site work.
Therefore, an opportunities exists for a Sub-Contractor to provide this service to our customers.

GARAGE DOOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Sub Contractor)

Expressions of interest are required for a Sub-Contractor to install and service Garage Doors in the Goulburn Valley Area. Full training will be provided by B&D Doors. Applicants must supply their own tools and vehicle.

WELDER

SENIOR Steel now manufacturers a range of welded frame sheds in its Shepparton warehouse branded SENIOR Sheds.
A experienced welder is required to accurately fabricate sheds frames, as well as small light engineering tasks.
The applicant must be able to work unsupervised, be enthusiastic, reliable, have good communication skills and be willing to take on a variety of other tasks such as on site tank installations, garage door & opener installations and steel deliveries.
A forklift and truck licence as well as computer skills would be an advantage, and there is further opportunity to take on sales & purchasing duties for the employee who is shows his initiative.
Qualifications are not necessary, but passion provide a quality product for our customers is required.

SALESPERSON / DRAFTSPERSON

Applications are invited for an experienced draftsperson who is looking at diversifying their career into other areas such as sales, customer service & project management.
This position is also available for a qualified draftsmen, without working experience, looking for a career.
Senior Steel is a locally owned & operated supplier of Steel & associated building products, and is expanding its sheds & garage division of the business, SENIOR Sheds.
The person will be required to take responsibility of producing workshop drawings, accurately calculating quantities, ordering materials, co-ordinating the manufacturing & delivery process.
Also will be required to assist with sales process, establish genuine leads, generate quotations and convert to sales.
Applicant must be well organised and self motivated, and also have the ability to sell other steel and associated building products, as well as liaising with other staff co-ordinating deliveries and inwards goods.
This position would ideally suit someone who is bored with repetition i.e.: looking at a computer screen and looking for a challenge.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR / INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

An opportunity exists for an energetic and self motivated person to join our team.
Senior Steel is a locally owned & operated supplier of Steel & associated building products, and is expanding the sales of its products via the internet & website.
The person will be required to take responsibility of all of the information technology aspects of the business (computer hardware, software, internet & website)
Duties include: keeping website up to date with current price lists and special offers, providing customer service by phone, fax, counter, email & website, assisting in maintaining stock levels, price lists and other sales related duties.
The applicant would need to have experience with Information Technology or a Certificate in Information Technology.
Applicant must be well organised, reliable and willing to carry out a variety of tasks in an efficient and responsible manner.
As we are a small business the opportunity is available to take on a wide variety of tasks, and at times doing deliveries, pickups & unloading trucks.

Expressions of interest are required for a multi skilled person, to deliver steel, roofing and associated building products, as well as kit sheds & garage doors on a 5 tonne Mitsubishi Fuso truck, as well as tandem trailer with Nissan Navara ST-X or Toyota Hilux Ute, throughout Central Victoria
The person must be fit and energetic, and at times, be able to unload material by hand when required.
The applicant must be able to work unsupervised, be enthusiastic, reliable, have good communication & writing skills and be willing to take on a variety of other tasks such as assisting with on site tank installations, garage door & opener installations and steel sales.
A forklift licence, as well as some computer & welding skills would be an advantage, and there is further opportunity to take on sales & purchasing duties for the employee who shows their initiative.
Qualifications are not necessary, but passion to provide a quality service to our customers is required.
